Church with a (Re)Purpose

At our 2022 annual meeting we voted to become a mission-driven congregation. Our call is to repurpose our building and land by creating partnerships with surrounding communities. If you’d like a summary of the decision to embark on our new way of ministering, check out the meeting minutes.

As of 2024, we are partnering with two faith congregations, the Marshallese Ministry UCC and P’nai Or, a Jewish community. We are also sharing our space with numerous non-profit organizations whose missions align with our own. Guest organizations include Valley Suzuki Violin, Alcoholics Anonymous, and Rose City Chess among others.

If you have any questions about what’s happening at HCC, please do not hesitate to call or email our office. We’d love to hear from you! You can also follow what we’re doing on our blog, or by subscribing to our weekly e-news.
